Cancellations

I will accept cancellations within 24 hours. Please let me know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel, as I pack and ship packages quite promptly around here!

Cancellations of Preorders: Will be accepted within 24 hours.

  • Returns of Preorders once In-Hand: Will not be accepted, as it will have been months since your order was made, and the funds were used to make a custom order of pins. An exchange is possible. 

Returns and Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for return postage, UNLESS you've received the wrong item, in which case we'll send you a return shipping label.

We'll notify you after we've received and inspected your return, and if the condition meets the above standard, you'll be automatically refunded, minus the original cost of shipping, as well as any non-refundable processing fees (0-6%), within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at itsrainingrosepetals@gmail.com.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards, and preorder items after they've arrived in hand. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Exchanges and Variant Swapping

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you have an item on preorder that you no longer want or want to wait for, I'm glad to exchange it for an item of equal value I have in stock. (However, I can't exchange one preorder item for a different preorder item that I don't have in-hand.)

If you have an item on preorder and you decide you like the other variant of the same item better, I'm happy to make a note to send you the other variant once in-hand, as long as I have extra presale grades available once they arrive!
